- ➤ West Hill's Glendale Park, a gravel-filled lot near the Glendale Steps, will be developed into a new park for neighborhood recreation. - ➤ A 71-year-old man found dead in an Akron home in August 2024 was identified with DNA tests and his remains were reunited with his Colorado family (they had last been in contact in the 1970s). Summit County investigators are still checking his cause of death. Akron Beacon Journal
