A 44-year-old Uhrichsville woman died in a motorcycle crash on Sunday at 8:11 p.m. on US Route 250 in Goshen Township (Tuscarawas County) when the trailer she was riding pulled suddenly and the operator lost control, and operator Keith Morris (47) suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken first to Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital then by helicopter to Akron General Hospital.

Vinnie Cimino from Cordelia worked as a curb server at Swenson's Drive-In in Akron on Sunday as part of a creative promotion between the two restaurants.

Akron Police are investigating a case where a Lyft driver was robbed of his Honda Civic early Sunday morning near the 700 block of Garth Avenue — the driver said he picked up two males and two females before one male used a gun to force them out — and detectives later found the car abandoned on Kickapoo Avenue.
