- ➤ Akron police are investigating three weekend incidents where gunfire struck multiple homes, with a 25-year-old man on Weiser Avenue reporting shots heard in his bedroom while rounds hit a tree and wall, a home on Ira Avenue seen with an ATV nearby and seven people inside, and another incident hit two residences and a parked vehicle on East Emerling and South Main where shell casings were recovered and no injuries were reported.
