- ➤ During a live broadcast on 3News, Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad announced that its 2025 North Pole Adventure ride will run from Nov. 14 — Dec. 21; members can buy tickets early starting Sept. 16 with public sales opening on Oct. 7 while Christmas in July celebrations continue until July 25. - ➤ A 20-year-old man lost his life after his motorcycle struck a car at the intersection of Brown Street and Stanton Avenue in Akron Tuesday evening—officers responded shortly after 5 p.m. and are investigating the crash. FOX 8

- ➤ On Tuesday, the state announced that more than $45 million in grant funds — provided by the U.S. Department of Education — will expand evidence-based literacy instruction in Northeast Ohio schools. - ➤ The Akron-Summit County Public Library has analyzed checkouts since Memorial Day & released a list of summer reads that shows which print books, e-books, and audiobooks are popular.
