- ➤ Morgan Miller, a former Richfield police officer, filed a federal lawsuit in Akron and claims the village wrongly put her on unpaid leave after she told her supervisors about her pregnancy and medical limits in January — she seeks damages for back pay and emotional distress after her requests for work changes were denied.
