- ➤ Demario McCall, wanted on charges including murder for the July 6 shooting of Ar’Mon Covington at an Akron gas station, was arrested early on Aug. 30 by a task force at his Ardella Avenue address and a loaded firearm was recovered — a warrant had been issued on July 8. Akron Beacon Journal
- ➤ Federal and local law enforcement officers arrested Demario McCall early Friday in Akron in connection with the July 6 shooting death of Ar’Mon Covington+they seized a loaded gun during the arrest. Cleveland.com
- ➤ Demario McCall, 41, was arrested early Saturday by U.S. Marshals after being linked to the fatal shooting of Ar’Mon Covington at the BP station on Grant Street on July 6 — a loaded firearm was also recovered at the scene. WKYC
