Perfumania will open a store this holiday season and Kids Empire will open later this year, while Carhartt, J.Jill, and Dave's Hot Chicken are set to open in 2026—expanding the mall's retail options. - ➤ Starting Monday, October 27, the ramp from Ghent Road to Interstate 77 southbound in Bath will be closed until July as part of an interstate widening project in Fairlawn and Bath—drivers must detour via Ghent Road to state Route 18 to access I-77; lane restrictions will continue on I-77 between Everett Road and the Ohio Turnpike.
