  • In Cuyahoga Falls, city council passed emergency legislation Monday — donating over $50,000 to the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank to help about 4,000 residents who rely on SNAP benefits amid federal funding issues.   • The Cleveland Cavaliers signed Akron native Chris Livingston to a two-way contract as Cavs President Koby Altman confirmed the move.
