- ➤ Eighteen downtown bars and restaurants will host the Holiday Spirits Bar Crawl on Dec. 27 from 5 to 10 p.m. in Akron, offering signature holiday cocktails, festive photo ops, live music, free shuttle service and special ticket pricing; proceeds benefit the Ronald McDonald House. - ➤ Girl Scout cookie season in Western Ohio begins January 7, 2026 and will run through March, offering a mix of classic and new flavors with prices typically ranging from $5 to $7 (prices vary by troop). WKYC
