About this event
Kickstart your week and set your Monday morning off with 45 minutes of stretching, and movement. Class will open with a Yin sequence moving into a flow designed to wake up all of your senses and get you in the right frame of mind to start your week. Our 5:30am class require a pre-registration. If no one is signed up before Sunday at 11pm class will be cancelled.
