These classes are designed to help you achieve long-term, successful homeownership.

Home Maintenance

Once you complete the eight-hour (four, 2-hour sessions) HomeToday session, you will meet with a professional HUD Credit Counselor for an Individual Counseling Session.

The Individual Counseling Session reinforces the fundamentals of successful homeownership and encourages you to establish and maintain your credit. Credit Reports are pulled, and Action Plans are created with recommendations to assist you in your journey of homeownership and beyond.

Classes are currently being held online. When you register you will receive a confirmation and a zoom link during the week of the first class emailed from the Center for Homeownership.
