Join us on Saturday Mornings for "Yoga in the Gallery"!

Gentle Hatha Yoga- Yoga to relax and recharge. All skill levels welcome!

Pay in person. Walk-ins welcome!

Cost: Pay What You Can (Suggested Price: $10)

Instructor: Mim Daniel (Blue Door Atelier)

Everyone deserves some time to recharge and mental health is important for us all. Sometimes luxuries such as yoga class just don't fit in the budget. With our instructor, Mim Daniel, you have the option to 'pay what you can'; $10 suggested. If you enjoy the class, you can even pay a little more to 'pay it forward'.
