Rethinking Resistance: From Pushback to Results

Presented by Mike Thompson, MBA, Owner of Mountain View Leadership

Resistance is a part of every workplace, especially when it comes to safety conversations, organizational change, and difficult interactions. But what if resistance could be an opportunity rather than an obstacle?

Join us as Mike Thompson explores practical strategies for understanding resistance, navigating pushback, and turning challenging conversations into productive outcomes. Learn how to communicate more effectively, build buy-in, and create a workplace culture where people are more willing to embrace positive change.

Don’t miss this opportunity to gain practical leadership tools you can put to work right away!
