All Levels 40+ Fusion

About this event

Worried dance class means tricks, big moves, and floor work? Not here. 40+ Fusion is about rhythm, expression, and finding the joy in movement. We know age is just a number — but walking into a dance class can still feel intimidating. In this class, we celebrate what our bodies can do for us in a supportive space where you can move freely, laugh often, and connect with your community. 40+ Fusion is about feeling strong, capable, and alive in your body, exactly as it is! No pressure. No proving anything. All joy and connection.
